      A2: We have 13-MONTH warranty for all your ordered products since the production date. During this period, we’ll offer free parts if any problem except for damages from artificial reasons and misuse. After the warranty, we’ll charge for the problem. In addition, FREE online instructions are available lifelong.

      A3: YES, customized conveyors available. Besides standard products, whose specifications are unique, we also can tailor-make conveyors as per your specifications (including Length, Width, Height, Speed, Capacity, ect), AND we can suggest and recommend conveyors as per your specific applications.

      A4: You may download the file “INFORMATION COLLECTION FOR CUSTOMIZED CONVEYORS.pdf” from DOWNLOADS, and offer the needed information from the file. If not, you need at least offer the followings:

a.       State your application or purpose

b.       Offer your to-be-conveyed goods/products information: packing form (no packing or in cartons, sacks, woven bags, ect), packed size (Max. & Min. Length X Width X Height), and unit weight (Max. & Min.)

c.       Working atmosphere (temperature, humidity, ect) & special surroundings like corrosion or not

d.       For conveyor system lines, factory or workshop layout is needed.

      A5: For general standard products, we’ll deliver them in ready-to-use states or with tiny easy assembly work remained only (for transportation purposes).

For some medium projects, we’ll disassemble the products after in-house running and debugging (for transportation purposes) with main bodies remained, and you shall finish the assembly or installation work with our instructions and we won’t send any guys.

For some complicated projects, we prefer you have your specialists to finish the installation work locally, with our detailed written and online instructions for sure. But we’ll accept local installation if necessarily needed and we shall charge the installation work and you need undertake any other costs like tickets and accommodation.

      A6: YES, you can buy extra conveyor parts for future maintenance purposes if needed although we will have some spare parts for free when delivered.

      A7: We can follow customer’s preference to use some designated brand of motors or belts or other materials. Otherwise, we will follow our in-house standard, choosing Chinese (Tanwai’s) brand parts, whose quality is tested and agreed by most of consumers.

      A8: Not yet. We will set up one if necessary in the future.

      A9: YES, local representatives are welcome. We have a very favorable policy for being our agent, and we need discuss all details if you’re interested.

      A10: Our products are welcomed all over the world, and in all kinds of industries, where easy & efficient material handling work is needed. However, we have relatively more customers in Southeast Asia, South America, and Middle East Countries.
